They has completely rebuilt the bearing grinding processing stand-alone of repeated cross framework which can not control the waste of time, labor and materials, also can not control the product quality. In the first half of year, Xinghuan Bearing has completely achieved the direct transferring of working procedures among the bearing grinding processing stand-alones, has finished the online test, control and ion of quality among the procedures and has realized the visual management among the procedures, which effectively replaces the labor force, enhances the ability on material turnover, and controls the product quality. After the achievement of automatic wiring of bearing stand-alone, the numbers of workers who operate one bearing grinding processing stand-alone has been reduced from 2.5 to 1.
