U.S. Commerce Announced Preliminary Result For 21th China TRB Review

On July 7th, 2009, the U.S Commerce Department announced they had completed its 21st administrative review of antidumping duties levied on tapered roller bearings from China. The preliminary result of this extended review revealed the dumping margins from Peer Bearing Company Changshan was at 30.02%. On Sep 15, 1986, the U.S Commerce Department conducted its investigation of tapered roller bearings from the People's Republic of China, the Custom No. of bearings concerned were 84822000, 84829100.50, 84829915, 84829945, 84832040, 84832080, 84833080, 84839020, 84839030, 84839080, 87089980.15 and 87089980.80. On May 17, 1987, the US Commerce issued the final results of this investigation. The report revealed that the dumping margins for Hongkong Premier Bearing Equipment Co.,ltd was at 0.97% and China National Machinery and Equipment Import and Export Corporation (CMEC) had no dumping activity.
