Menon Bearings Board Approves Subdivision

Menon Bearings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2009, inter alia, has discussed and approved the subdivision of one share of Rs. 10/- into two shares of Rs. 5/- each. The Board approved the Notice of 'Extra Ordinary General Meeting and fixed the day, date time, venue of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting' for passing of Special Resolution for Subdivision for the shares of the Company. The stock closed the day at Rs.72.60, up by Rs.6.60 or 10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72.60 and low of Rs.71. The total traded quantity was 12221 compared to 2 week average of 1968.
