LYC Company Held Ceremony for Signing Agreement on Interior Market-Oriented Order

On Sept. 5th afternoon, LYC has held the ceremony for signing the interior market-oriented order, which indicated a substantial step of the organization system innovation and business procedure recreation in LYC Company.
In August, though the organization system innovation and business procedure recreation, LYC Company has changed the production pattern of planned manufacturing and built up the market-oriented manufacturing system. In the past the orders were signed by LYC Company and other companies, but now the orders from other companies will be signed by the sales department of LYC Company. The organization of orders will be handled by the sales department according to the requirements, which overcame the disadvantage of the medium manufacturing organization and manufacturing according to conditions and fully exerted the subjective initiative of the manufacturing enterprises.
On the ceremony, 9 large and medium finished products enterprise have separately signed the agreements on interior market-oriented order with the sales department of LYC Company.
The vice-director of the manufacturing department of the company Li Wei said on the ceremony that the signing of the agreement on interior market-oriented order is the new start point of the company’s manufacturing organization and management, which enables the manufacturing of the company to change from management type to interior market-oriented. Therefore, every department should adapt to the new market requirements and enhance the resource guarantee, accurately and rapidly provide service to the customers in time, meet the market requirements to the LYC products, and achieve the combination of production capacity and success in the market together.
On the ceremony, all the presented enterprises has communicated and exchanged opinions on better cooperation and manufacturing organization.
