HRB Held Kick-off Meeting for Pushing the Work of TS16949/ISO14001 Authentication

Harbin Bearing Company (HRB) has held the kick-off meeting for pushing the work of TS16949/ISO14001 authentication on Aug. 22nd at the meeting room of the office building, the leaders of the company and the managers of the related departments has participated in the meeting. On the meeting, the vice general engineer Lu Yanxin has summarized the previous work of TS16949/ISO14001 authentication first and arranged the following work. The Chairman of the board Pang Jun has stressed on the meeting that the work of TS16949/ISO14001 authentication is the key point of company recently; the company will never stop boosting the steady development. He suggested the company change the habit of long-term invariability and way of thought and lessen the gap between the management level and the standard, under the precondition of succeeding and exerting the 50 years’ favorable tradition of HRB. The company should start from trifles, refine work, and gradually build up a management team with high proficiency. The leader of each department should stress this work and push the work himself. The leaders should overcome the difficulties make a good understanding of the problems existing in the current management and the disparity between the leading enterprises at home and abroad. They should learn the advanced management methods at home and abroad, enhance the work and make the work of TS16949/ISO14001 authentication solid and excellent.
