Auto Parts Production Line of Zhejiang Hengjia Bearing Company is on Stream

At the beginning of this year, Zhejiang Hengjia Bearing Company has invested more than CNY 3 million in building the auto parts production line, which is put on stream recently. The development of the company takes on strong momentum. Reporter on the spot: in the auto parts plant of Hengjia Bearing Company, the builders are busy with the construction of the last part of the workshop and on the other end, the workers start to manufacture. Hengjia Bearing Company only manufactured the bearing forgings before, and authorized others to process the auto parts. Since the later half of last year, some large customers of the company have increased the requirements of the products. Only manufacturing the bearing forgings can not meet the customers’ requirements. At the beginning of this year, Hengjia Bearing Company has invested more than CNY 3 million in building the auto parts production line, which is dedicated to supply high level products and extend the industrial chain. Jin Cunhua, the plant manager of Zhejiang Henghua Bearing Co., Ltd said, “At present, we have blacksmiths and lathe men, and next we will add grinders, complete the whole bearing industrial chain, and make our company stronger and larger. The auto parts production line which can produce 1.8 million bearings is on stream, and it is predicted that the production line will bring more than CNY 10 million sales for the company.
