On Oct. 14th, LYC Company’s production line of overhaul bearing used in high speed railway has successfully passed the production quality authentication from the experts group of Transportation Equipment Department of China Ministry of Railway.
In the morning that day, the expert group of 5 from Transportation Equipment Department of China Ministry of Railway has carried through the production quality authentication for the production line of overhaul bearing used in high speed railway after the LYC Company moved, according to the requirement of the NO.（2009）300 Telegraph for freight vehicle from China Ministry of Railway. After learned the report on the situation of LYC Company after the move, the experts has checked the overhaul technical data, processing equipment, detecting method and quality management system, inspected the production spot (see the picture0, and examined two sets of the finished product, 5 sets of parts, and they all agreed that the production line of overhaul bearing used in high speed railway has the overhaul capacity after the company’s move and reform and agreed that the production line pass the production quality authentication.
At the last meeting, Li Mengxi, the Administrative Deputy General Manager, pointed out that safety is the first on the railway, so the quality of railway bearing is the key point of the safe running of railway vehicles. Therefore, the production quality authentication is the process for the company to find out problem and improve the quality of railway bearing. The company will deal with the problem pointed out by the expert group seriously and rearrange actively to ensure that each overhaul bearing used in railway meets the standard and serve the safety of the railway in China.
