The plant area of Fujian Yongan Bearing Co., Ltd, a subsidiary holding company of Fujian Longxi Bearing (Group) Co., is now 67,421.30 sq.m.( about 101.13 mu, the concrete area is based on the practical reconnaissance), which was remised by Yongan Land Depositary Center and later sold at the total price of 18,150 RMB in the public sale on Oct. 29th. According to the land depositary contract signed by Fijian Yongan Bearing Co., Ltd and Yongan Land Depositary Center in Oct. 2007 and the related topic conference of the Yongan Government, Fujian Yongan Bearing Co., Ltd can obtain the compensation for land depositary and move at the rate of 1 million RMB per mu, and totally obtain 101.13 million RMB.
