Lvtong Bearing Implements New Project & Boosts the Company’s Fast Development

Changshan Lvtong Bearong Co., Ltd this year energetically implements the project of the automotive production line which is expected to produce 5 million sets of bearing rings each year. At present, most of the equipments are on stream and 90% of the project is finished. To face up the financial crisis, Lvtong Bearing developed the domestic customers, stepped out of Zhejiang province and expanded the sales network to Hubei and Jilin, etc. and exported the finished bearings to Europe. At the same time, in May this year, Lvtong Bearing invested 1.7 million RMB in the project of automotive production line which is expected to produce 5 million sets of bearing rings each year based on the former plant. In order to put the project on stream as soon as possible, the Company was contacting the equipment manufacturers while collecting the capital. The equipments were purchased from Xinchang, Yantai, and Wuxi, etc. and installed them one by one when it arrived. Zhang Hongyuan, the Office Director of Lvtong Bearing, said, “after the implementation of the technology-transforming project, the traditional instrument lathes were replaced by CNC machine tools and grinding lathes. As the equipments are updated, the productivity is enhanced and the product quality is also guaranteed. For Feb. to Sept., the company has achieved the production value of 20 million RMB, which is the same on a year-on-year basis. The new project is expected to operate in the end of the year, and it can bring about 10 million RMB to the Company’ sales in the year.
