ZWZ’s Construction of National Large Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center was Approved

ZWZ Group speeds up the construction of technology innovation system, builds up the market-oriented technology innovation system which mainly takes the technology center as the core, takes the independent research and development as the dominance, connects the production, learning and research together, introduces the advanced technology; The group has built up the top-ranking national enterprise technology center and national bearing lab in the domestic bearing industry, thereby, the group formed the continuous innovative capacity. Recently, the Ministry of Science & Technology has approved 30 engineering technology research centers and listed them in to the first group of construction project plan of the Chinese Engineering Research Center in 2009, in which the construction of the “National Large Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center” based on ZWZ Group was approved
The National Large Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center will mainly carry out research in the field of rolling bearing design, material application, and detecting test method, etc; construct four technological research platform of high precision, high performance, long service life and high reliability; and emphasize the solving of the problems on high speed, heavy load as well as the design, manufacturing and application of precision bearings.
As the research center of the Chinese bearing industry, the National Large Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center will be built up to the key base in the national large bearing field which has the functionality of technology innovation, technology transform and talented persons training. The research center will develop the bearing products and technology with independent intellectual property right according to the national development plan and the demand of bearing market home and abroad, set up and optimize the industrial standard, boost the technological progress in Chinese bearing industry; will industrialize the achievement aiming at the society, supply consulting service and technological support to the enterprises on technology introduction and absorbing the foreign technological achievements; will cultivate the technician and the talented management persons with high that are urgently needed in the bearing technology research and engineering application filed.
