Yushan Bearing Industry Goes athwart & Expands Production

Since this year, Yushan Bearing Industry has coped with the global financial crisis energetically through technological reformation, recruitment and seeking for orders, etc. The bearing enterprises promised that they would not stop production, cut jobs and reduce salary to go athwart and expand production.
There are now 48 bearing enterprises operated in Yushan, which is the largest bearing manufacturing base in Jiangxi Province. Since this year, the bearing enterprises in Yushan recruited new employees and expanded production, continuously improve the technological content of the products and occupied the market with technology to guarantee the orders. During the first quarter of this year, the index of each work in the bearing industry has been completed, in which the index in Match was the sum of that in January and February. In the second quarter, the sales income of 71.15 million RMB was achieved, which increased 63% on a year-on-year basis. The sales income of the third quarter is 121.95 million RMB, which increased 58% on a year-on-year basis. The sales of the bearing enterprises in Yushan from January to September increased 39.53 million RMB, which increased 15.8% on a year-on-year basis; the sales income was 140.58 RMB, which increased 15.3% on a year-on-year basis; the output is 36.57 sets, which increased 5.4%.
The bearing enterprises in Yushan also expand the market home and abroad initiatively. This year, 16 bearing enterprises from this county have participated the Shanghai International Bearing Exhibition, promoted their products, obtained considerable orders and added 11 sales network home and abroad, established subsidiaries and representative offices in Wuxi, Chongqing and Shandong, etc., set up agents in Iran, Russia, South Korea and Thailand. In 2010, Yushan will build up the Eastern China Bearing Base which connects the science, industry and trade, combines the production, learning and research together and achieve the production value of 1 billion RMB each year.
