Weekly review of Chinese bearing steel market（2010.1.22－1.29）
The price of bearing steel in most areas of China is stable,with slightly up in rare areas.Till the weekend, the countrywide average price of GCr15 continuous casting non-annealed steel of 50mm was 5164 yuan/ton; the countrywide average price of GCr15 die-casting annealed steel of 100mm was 6,889yuan/ton. In east China area, the mainstream strike price of GCr15 medium continuous casting non-annealed steel was between 4,950 and 5,100 yuan/ton; the mainstream price of continuous casting annealed steel was between 5,500 and 5,650 yuan/ton. The market trade deal is relatively lower than previous time,mainly concerns resulted from down of constucting material and prime steel price.Most end users have enough stock so they haven't strong purchase intention .In addition,upcoming market deal willn't change a lot as Chinese spring festival will come.It is estimated that next week's price of bearing steel still keep steady.
Related Market Trend this week:Domestic material market tended to be week with less trade deal .The domestic refined iron ore market ran weakly; The imported ore market kept the weak state with less trade deal;The pig iron market also is in a weak state ;The steel scrap market kept steady while there is a small adjustment;The imported coal run steadily in a whole;The alloy market was stable ; The price of the common alloy hasn't big fluctuation.

【Southwest China Region】This week the bearing steel price in Chengdu market was stable and the steel resource was not sufficient and mainly was Changcheng steel and Xining steel. Up to this weekend, Changcheng Steel GCr15Φ100 die casting annealed steel was 6,600yuan/ton, die casting non-annealed steel was 5,750yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ80-120 die casting annealed steel was 6,800, out of stock; Xining SteelΦ150-200 die casting annealed steel was 6,700yuan/ton, out of stock; Xining Steel GCr15Φ30-75 continuous casting annealed steel was 5,800yuan/ton, the steel resource was not sufficient. This week the bearing steel resource in Chongqing market was not sufficient, but the price was stable.
