Low Temperature Test Rig of Torque of FY Slewing Ring Company Successfully Developed(Picture)

In order to validate the working condition of slewing ring products at low temperature, Maanshan Fangyuan Slewing Ring Co., Ltd has organized the technicians and established the working team of developing low temperature test rig. The team was led by Wang Henglei, the Vice General Engineer of the company. Wang Henglei was in charge of the overall design; Dai Kefang, the Electrical Engineer of Processing Engineering Department was in charge of the supporting electrical design. With the cooperation of Forging Manufacturing Department, Processing Engineering Department and Maintenance Workshop, a 1250 low temperature test rig was developed successfully in January, 2010, which can circumvolve automatically, adjust speed infinitely, and detect the drive torque of slewing ring numerically and automatically. Applying this assembly, The Company has cooperated with a military institute recently and completed the performance test of a special slewing ring at high and low temperature and get the important parameters, which is the first time in China.
