Changshan Wangfang Bearing Co., Ltd has purchased new equipment this year and expanded the production scope based on the annual production of 6 million sets of bearings last year and therefore accelerates the steady and rapid development in the New Year. Immediately after the Spring Festival, Wangfang Bearing Company has invisted the technicians from the equipment plant to install the heat treatment equipment. At present, the production line has been installed and entered into the debugging period. After the new production line is put on stream, the production of the company will step onto a new platform. Wangfang Bearing Company is a manufacturer that mainly produces deep groove ball bearing of zero class. In the past, the heat treatment of bearing blank in this company was out-sourced to other companies and it was very inconvenient in the link of processing. Especially, in the latter of last year, the products of the company have entered into European and American markets and the original production capacity can not meet the market demand. Therefore, the company invested more than 1 million RMB in purchasing new heat treatment equipment to improve the production efficiency. At present, the company has received many orders through the foreign trade company in Shanghai and Hong Kong, etc. The production has been scheduled to April. The principle of the company suggested that they will recruit some new staff at next step to complete the orders. Meanwhile, the company is confident in the development this year and the sales income is expected to break through 20 million RMB in 2010.
