During the following years, Liaocheng will exert itself to build up 17 SMEs industrial clusters including bearing and bearing parts processing industry and agricultural and sideline products industry, etc. to impel the cooperation and development of SMEs, based on the industrial and natural resources including the existing aluminum, copper, agricultural machinery, agricultural and sideline products, mine resource and market, etc.
On the aspect of bearing and bearing parts processing industry, Liaocheng will integrate and improve the bearing industrial cluster which takes Yandian bearing, Zhengjia cage and Dong E steel ball as emphasis, relying on the market of Linqing Yandian bearing and bearing detect center; on the aspect of agricultural and sideline products processing industry, the city will rely on the advantage of livestock and poultry breeding and processing industry gathered in Fengxiang Lintuan, Xinxian County Chaocheng and Yanggu Zhangqiu, devote major efforts to build up large flagship enterprises, solve the problems that the flagship enterprises are with small scope and radiating and leading capacity is not strong, etc.; on the aspect of aluminum and aluminum products processing industry, the city will reply on Chiping Xingfa Group, 30 aluminum products processing enterprises, 50 production lines and the production capacity of 0.55 million tons of aluminum, expand the industrial chain of aluminum and aluminum products, support the high -value-added, high-technology-content aluminum processing enterprises and make the industrial clusters larger and stronger. Liaocheng will energetically enhance the construction of industrial zone; improve the level of the basic facilities such as transportation, electricity, water supply and drainage, and pollution abatement, etc., guide and encourage the industrial clusters to gather in the industrial zone; actively construct the financing platform, enhance the cooperation with all kinds of fiancé institutes and venture capital institutes, enlarge the investment in SMEs; encourage and support the SMEs to come into the stock market, finance directly and actively carry out the work of experimental units of the release of SMEs set bond.
