Since this year, the production and sales of Zhejiang Yingte Bearing Co, Ltd. (Yingte Bearing) were both flourishing. The company makes efforts to achieve the production value of 50 million RMB in the whole year and increase 20 million RMB based on that in 2009. In the workshops, the workers were all very busy. The principle of the company introduced that at the same time last year, only 40% grinders had run, but now, all the grinder are running at full speed. In the face of the favorable beginning, the company took measures to encourage the staff. Chen Weimin, the principle of the company said: “this year, on the aspect of welfare and treatment to the staff, the average salary for each staff was increased 10%.” On the aspect of orders, the products of the company can not meet the demand. Only one customer in Hongkong demands 50,000 sets of automobile supporting bearing each month. Therefore, Yingte bearing added two super lapping machine and rebuilt the original two production lines into three liens. The monthly production was increased from 110,000 sets to 150,000 sets.
