New Method Saves Time in Replacement of Thickener Thrust Bearing

Recently, the Xincheng Gold-mining Ore Dressing Workshop of Shandong Gold-mining Co., Ltd. has spent only 10 hours to finish the replacement of trust bearing for a φ24-meter thickener. The technicians of the company fixed the bracket of the thickener with channel steel first and then disconnected from the mainframe; sling the turntable of the thrust bearing with the bracket fixed on the mainframe of the thickener at last and then the bearing can be easily replaced. It is safe and convenient. The three advantages of the new method: 1. Safe and high efficient. 2. Save production cost and time. 3. Improve the work efficiency.
