ZXY Invested Millions RMB to Solve the Heat Treatment Bottle Neck (Picture)

Recently, Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd (ZXY) has invested millions RMB again in updating of two mesh belt furnace production lines for the heat treatment plant. Once the two production lines are installed, it can solve the bottle neck problem in the heat treatment process in a long term and play important role in the increase of production. As two original old FX220 production lines of the heat treatment plant were washed out, the equipment of the plant has been greatly improved. The products processing capacity and quality will be greatly enhanced, too. It can basically meet the requirement of heat treatment of bearing components of the company in 2010. The two new production lines were still under installation and it is predicted to be finished and put on stream recently. During the recently years, Xiangyang Automobile Bearing Co., Ltd has invested 12 million RMB in the heat treatment plant, added 7 new production lines and the “Bottle Neck” on the company will be removed.
