LYC Company Held 2010 Innovation Working Meeting

Innovation is the soul of a company’s development. In the afternoon of Apr. 13th, LYC Company has held 2010 Innovation Working Meeting to review and summarize the “Double Innovation” work of the company carried out in 2009, and deploy the “Double Innovation” work of the company in 2010. The Company leaders Gao Wenfeng, Pang Bitao and Zhang Limin have participated in the meeting. The meeting was presided by Gao Wenfeng, the Vice General Manager of the company. First, he delivered the spirit and main content of the independent innovation meeting held by Henan Coal Chemical Industry Group (HNCC) as well as the important address by Chen Xuefeng, the Chairman of the Board of the Company. Pang Bitao, the General Engineer of the Company has completely summarized the achievement in “Double Innovation” work in 2009 and put forward the working thought of “Double Innovation” in 2010. He said that in 2009, the company did have some achievements in management innovation and technology innovation, accomplished each index assigned by Yongcheng Coal Group Co. Ltd. for evaluation of innovation capacity and has won the award of “Double Innovation A Level Enterprise” by this group in 2009. In 2010, they will integrate the thought, work hard, completely carry out the guiding spirit of the innovation work from HNCC, contiguously explore the new way, make new contribution and impel the “Double Innovation” of the Company. 8 companies including 031 Bearings Plant were awarded as 2009 Innovative Management Advance Enterprises; 10 persons including Zuo Yuqin were awarded as innovation advance individuals. The meeting also issued 2010 Technology Innovation Work Plan, 2010 Management Innovation Work Plan and Method in Management Innovation.
