“In 2010, China is expected to enter a new round rising period of economic cycle.” The Blue Book of China’s Economy (Spring): Analysis on the Prospect of China’s Economy—Spring Report 2010 jointly released by China Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and Social Sciences Academic Press (China) recently stated. The Blue Book pointed out that in terms of the fluctuation of macroeconomic operation, in 2009 in the course of fighting the serve impact of the international financial crisis, Chinese economic growth touched down the bottom and wrapped up the declining phase of the 10th round economic cycle since the foundation of new China. And in 2010, China is expected to enter a new round rising period of the 11th economic cycle.
