Two New Subjects of ZYS Passed the Technology Identification

The two subjects “Research on Key Technology to Prolong the Service Life of the Third Generation Car Wheel Hub Bearing” and “Technological Research on High Precision Thin Wall Bearing” taken on by Luoyang Bearing Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (abbr. ZYS) have passed the technology identification organized by China Machinery Industry Federation. “Research on Key Technology to Prolong the Service Life of the Third Generation Car Wheel Hub Bearing” combined the running and experiment condition of the third generation car wheel hub bearing, carried out the research on the key technology of the key parts materials, structure design, processing, detection and testing, service life and reliability, etc. of the bearing unit and put forward the measures to prolong the service life and improve the reliability of the wheel hub bearing unit. The technology has ranked at the leading place in China. “Technological Research on High Precision Thin Wall Bearing” established the analysis model of special contact non-linear finite element, solved the technological problem on the processing of P2 thin wall bearing and developed the high performance polyetheretherketones compound modification cage material. The technology has reached the international advanced level in the similar products.
