Xintai Bearing Enlarged Scope to Double the Production Value in 2010

By means of the warm-up of the whole bearing industry this year, Changshan Xintai Bearing co., Ltd. has continuously enlarged the scope of the company. At present, it has invested more than 3 million RMB in the forging processing workshop, which will be completed soon. The company has made effort to accomplish the production value of 26 million RMB this year. As the increase of orders, in the first three months this year, the company has accomplished the production value of 5 million RMB; and the orders of the company were scheduled to the end of June. The principal of the company told the reporter that, after the warm-up of the market this year, the company has invested 1 million RMB in a batch of advanced NC machine tools in February, which not only improved the product quality, but also solved the problem on hunting for proper workers as the improvement of automation. On the aspect of sales, the company has continuously expand the sales channel and established cooperative relationship with some famous enterprises such as Changchun FAW and Shangyu Mingxing Group ,etc. and won abundant orders. At present, the forging processing workshop which took an area of 1,600 square meters was under construction; and it is predicted that it will be put on stream in the middle May.
