Wanxiang Precision Industry Develops ABS Jointly with Shanghai Volkswagen

On May 7th, Pan Wenbiao, the General Manager of Zhejiang Wanxiang Precision Industry Co.,Ltd. and Niu Shengfu, the Director of Product Department of Shanghai Volkswagen have signed an agreement separately on behalf of their companies, on the joint development of ABS (automobile anti-lock braking system). ABS is the abbreviation of automobile anti-lock braking system, which not only have high technology content, but also is the important system of the intelligentizing development of automobiles. According to the statistic in the countries in Europe, after applied ABS, the traffic accident was reduced 7.5% on average. Therefore, ABS is taken as the important sign of safe automobile in the whole world. In the agreement about cooperation in development of ABS signed by Wanxiang Precision Indistry and Shanghai Volkswagen this time, the two parties not only confirmed the automobile models, but also constituted detailed project plan table about requirements, accepting standard and responsibility ,etc. Niu Shengfu said that the agreement is only the first step for cooperation and they will have more cooperative project this year. He believes that it is a staring point not destination.
