Entrepreneurs in Zhejiang to Establish Bearing Rollers Base in Harbin

On May 21st, Zhang Xiaolian, the Secretary of Party Committee in Harbin and the Mayor has met several entrepreneurs separately including Huang Mingsheng, the General Manager of Shuguang Proprietary Group, Zhao Yongde, the Viec President of Zhejiang Jianli Co., Ltd. and Chen Kejun, the Executive Vice-President and General Secratray of Heilongjiang Zhejiang Enterprises Federation etc. Zhang Shaoliang, the Vice Mayor of Harbin has also participated in the meeting. It is learned that Shuguang Group has the elite qualification of general construction contractor of national civil housing project. At present, the company is planning to invest 1.2 billion yuan in the development and construction South Harbin New City. Jianli Group is the largest manufacturing base of bearing steel tube in China. At present, the group is planning to build up its Harbin Jianli Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd and made it become China Precision Bearing Rollers Manufacturing Base; they will mainly build up 0 and 1 grade precision bearing roller manufacturing base, China Bearing Roller Research Center and China Bearing Roller Detecting Center. The project was listed in the key projects of “Twelfth Five-Year” China Bearing Development Plan of China Bearing Industry Association (CBIA). Heilongjiang Zhejiang Enterprises Federation is a national organizaiton which the Zhejiang enterprises that manufactures Heilongjiang can participated in voluntarily. The organization is to boost the trading cooperation and communication between Zhejiang and Heilongjiang.
