A Man in Liaoning Sentenced to Eleven Year's Imprisonment for Cheating Millions RMB from Turkish Customer

A man called Zhao from Liaoning province was sentenced to eleven year's imprisonment for cheating millions RMB from foreign customer after Shandong Linqing People's Procuratorate initiated the public prosecution. Zhao refused to accept the referee's ruling and appealed. Recently, Liaocheng Intermediate People's Court has kept the ruling of the first trial. Zhao is from Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province. Since 2003, he has been purchasing bearings in the Linqing bearing market. In July, 2008, under the pretext of purchasing bearings from China Purchasing Office of Turky Unluteknik Company, he cheated 1.43 million RMB advance payments from this office. Zhao has spent 430,000 RMB to purchase bearings for this customer and saved the other 1 million RMB to his own stock account. Unfortunately, the stock market always has sudden change. The 1 million RMB he invested into the stock market only left 160,000 RMB. In April, 2009, he was seized by the police in a hotel in Tianchang City in Anhui Province. According to the criminal facts, Linqing People's Court sentence to eleven year's imprisonment to Zhao.
