Xinchang Put Forward Suggestions on Speeding up Bearing Industry Promotion

Bearing industry is the pillar industry in Xinchang and also one of the stress of Xinchang to develop the characteristic industries. To speed up the promotion of bearing industry and form the characteristic industrial clusters, recently, the County Party Committee of Xinchang and People's Government has put forward several supporting suggestions on the development of bearing industry. The suggestions defined that all the bearing enterprises which have the annual sales income of above 10 million yuan, practically pay the taxation of more than 500, 000 yuan, meet the national industrial policy guiding catalog and the investment and procedures meets the relevant regulations will receive a subsidy of 6% of the total investment. If the practically-paid taxation increases on a year-on-year basis, the financial department of the county government will give 50% subsidy. Meanwhile, all the enterprises which were listed in the national or provincial key projects, industrial projects, innovation fund projects, technology innovation projects and recycle economy energy-saving project, and those which received the subsidy from the province or the state, the financial department of the county will give 20% subsidy and the subsidy for single project will not exceed 500, 000 yuan. The enterprises and units which carried out the important and key technological difficulty solving project and succeeded will receive the subsidy of 150, 000 to 200,000 yuan from the financial department of the county.
