"ZWZ Group Reconstruction Feasibility Study Report" drawn up by Municipal SASAC was discussed and adopted at the city system innovation reform leadership team conference held on the afternoon of June 12. Mr. Li Wancai, the mayor of Dalian City, hosted this conference. There are three steps to restructure ZWZ. First step, converting ZWZ into a multiple investment limited liability company. Second step, maintaining the premise of state-owned holding, further absorbing financial investors. Third step, making ZWZ a listed company on the market. Dalia government highly recognized the important role of ZWZ in economic development of Dalian. As one of the key enteprises in Dalian, ZWZ has made great contribution to the Economic development of Dalian in recent years.
