Precision Production Project Phase II of Zhejiang Bahuan Bearing Co.Ltd Goes Smooth

Through the effort for a half year, up to the end of June, the precision production project Phase II of Zhejiang Bahuan Bearing Co .Ltd went smooth and reached the target. The project team of Phase II has greatly improved the gringding processing and assemly in accordance with general promoting plan of Phase II on the basis of Phase I, for example, the counter was separated from the production management board and hang on the front end of the production line, instead; and the screen is four times as large as the original one, which is convenient for inspection on the spot; adopted the method of training first and then implementation in managing tools operation, meanwhile, carried out spot check everyday and communicated with the mangement officer to reform and improve in time when problems were found; at present, the production counter, calling system and sampling inspection platform run normally and the mangement staff can learn the runing status of each production line when they pass through the routeway, which achieved the visual management. It is learned that the production mangenment of the fourth manufacturing department has transformed from the original extensive management to precision management through contiuously impelling the precision production, and therefore achived the processing of inner and outer ring and assembly balance, shortened the production period, reduced the reject rate. At present, the grinding single-line equipment is being transformed and the co-line work is expected to be completed in July and it will form "a stream" production mode then.
