Final Mill Team of LYC Roller Manufacturing Plant is awarded the second prize of 2010 China Machinery Industry Excellent Quality Management Team during the QC Activity over The better solution to control deviation of taper angle based on company standard in the 29 th China Machinery Quality Association Representative Congress, which closed just now. In 2009 ,The Final mill team QC members from LYC Roller Manufacturing plant tackled the subject The better solution to control deviation of taper angle based on company standard and made the deep analysis over large deviation of taper angel,which can’t meet personal requirements from customers,bring the spiral gearing surface loss and instrument table abrasion. Finally,it reached the customers’ requirements and achieved the activity aim. The Final Mill Team was continually learning,digesting and introducing advanced quality control method for many years . According to exiting situation of production&management ,they select business elite and propose new issues every year and got good results.
