"Bearing Box Leakproof Device" Received National Utility Model Patent

Tangshan Sanyou Group has impelled "Technology Cost, Technology Progress, Technology Innovation" practically and sped up the transformation of development method by technology innovation. Recently, the “Bearing Box Leakproof Device”of the Group has received the utility model patent from the State Intellectual Property Office. At present, Sanyou Group has applied for 74 patents and accumulatively received 50 patents. The “Bearing Box Leakproof Device” has solved the water-entering problem of the steamer. The turbine oil quality of the steamer will directly influence the steady running of power generator set. Water entering into the oil will make the acids in the oil erode the metal parts, and cause jam in the adjustment system and pause of the machine; moreover, it will destroy the continuity and strength of the bearing oil film and sometimes even cause oil supply interruption and bearing bush burnout. Many power plants have taken measures to reform, but the problem was not solved completely. The device adopts the compressed air to seal the outer oil catch of the steamer. The cost is low and the operation is convenient, which prevent the water entering oil and also can completely avoid the leakage of oil catch and reduce the oil consume. It can save more than 60,000 yuan electricity fee and labor fee, which guarantee the steady and safe running of the steamer.
