New LYC Project: Wind Power Bearings Project to Occupy Wind Power Bearing Market

Recently, there is good news from the closely-watched “New LYC” Project: on the basis of trial production capacity, some of the production lines of the wind power bearing project and automobile bearing project have formed the batch prodcuction capacity. Up to August, 25th, the production value of “New LYC” Project has exceeded 10 million yuan. This key project that carries the dream of several generations of LYC people has become another economic growth point of LYC Bearing Company. The wind power bearing unit and automobile bearing unit all adopted the first class automatic NC equipments in China. The wind power bearing project all adopted the process of “replacing grinder with lathe” that was original invented in China. It not only greatly prolongs the service life and processing precision of bearings, but also the production processing becomes more environmental; the processing efficiency is improved six times; the processing cost is reduced 50%. Aiming at the bottle neck processing in the production, the first 2.5m slewing bearing high speed NC drill press in the domestic bearing industry developed independently by the company has established solid basis to speed up the production output and occupy the wind power bearing market. At present, from the trail production up to present, only in two months, the output of each month has broken through 100 sets. The equipments for the 8 production lines of the automobile bearing project have been completed installed, in which three lines have commenced production. In August, three models of products were manufactured in batch and formed the produciton value of 1.05 million yuan.
