Lilong Bearing in Yunhe County Succeeded in the Competition by Technical Transformation

Recently, reporters learned from Technology Bureau in Yunhe county that Lilong Precision Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd was awarded the provincial high-tech enterprise after the technical investment and scientific researching & developing in the latest years, which is also the only provincial high-tech enterprise in Yunhe county at present.
The company emphasized the scientific innovation and investment since its establishment, and successfully registered five new practical technology patents in 2009. Starting from 2007, the company invested about 20 million yuan for the technical transformation, the expenditure in scientific researching & developing exceeded 10% of the technical transformation investment. Lilong company also absorbed the advanced equipment introduced from Japan, improved the molds, then ask domestic enterprises to manrfacture, which saved a lot in the equipment investment and meanwhile made their own devices lead the similar enterprises in China.
The minister of the technical quality department Liu Yubin states, " Science and technology is the first productivity, only by continuous innovation and transformation & upgrading can make the enterprise succeed in the competition." There are many enterprises who are eliminated from other competitors in the similar industries in China as of backward technical processing. And, Lilong Bearing company deeply realized the importance of the technical transformation.
At the same time, Lilong company also pay attention to the internal management and talent management. They often organize many trainings both for the leaders and workers, which improve the workers' quality & the operating capability.
Liu Yubin continues, " We eliminate the backward technical processing by the technical transformation. Now 80% of our products adopt the assembly production line to operate, the workers and the labor intensity in our company reduced, however, the producing efficency improved, meanwhile the stablity of the products quality has been largely enhanced. Besides, there are other benefits brought by the technical innovation & transformation, such as, clean producton, energy saving etc. Energy consumption dropped about 10% compared with the original producing process, and our company was awarded the county advanced enterprise of energy saving in 2009."
