Recently, two sets of DD25/2 deep hole drilling machine manufactured by Shandong Fin CNC Machine Co., Ltd. have passed the inspection and reception of Dongfang Boiler Group Co., Ltd. The precision and stability of these machine tools has both reached the domestic leading level, which is very suitable for applications in furnace and nuclear power industries. Deep hole drilling machine is the high precision CNC machine tool for processing deep hole in the machinery manufacturing industry, which needs to solve the problems on cutter cooling, scrapes removing and the linear error of the hole, etc. At present, there are few products that can replace the imported ones. It is learned that the large parts such as vertical column, working platform and vertical plate,etc. of DD25/2 deep hole drilling machine are all castings, which improves the rigidity and stablility of the machine; meanwhile, the positionning precision and the assembly precision of key parts is very high; the structure of seal rings are improved to enhance the support rigidity to drill pipe; the clamping method of drill pipe is improved, which can completely solve the problem of unsteady clamping and greatly improve the slewing precision of clamping drill pipe; the lubrication method of the spindle bearing is transformded into grease lubrication and the sealing method of spindle box is greatly reformed, which can solve the problem that the temperature is too high when the spindle runs at high speed; the cooling pump is screw pump, which can greatly reduce the noise of the machine tool and meanwhile improve the stability; by using the adjustable frequency conversion motor, it can improve the real time adjusting function for the cooling liquid flow and make the flow adjustment more convenient and effective.
