Benz & BMW Cooperated with Zhejiang Auto Parts Enterprises--Industry Province Speeds up Transformation & Upgrading

Recently, Wenzhou Automobile & Motorcycle Parts Company has consensused with German automotive industry in the aspect of technical cooperation, capital connection, merging and joint venture, etc. in Frankfurt, meanwhile, Wenzhou Automobile & Motorcycle Parts Company is expected to enter the first-class auto parts market in German.
The relevant principals of German Auto Parts Industry Association said, " The technology of auto parts and brand products in German need further expanding the production scale and sales channels, while the auto parts industry in Whenzhou just needs advanced technology and brands."
Zhang Kaisheng, the president of Haochi Auto Parts Company said the German company which cooperated with them is the main auto parts supplier of the Benz & BMW. This Company intended to develop the China market and intentionally cooperated with the enterprises in Wenzhou. For example, they have allowed Wenzhou enterprises to hold shares of German enterprises or merge the subsidiaries of German company. Besides, Ruili auto parts, Huarun motor, Nanya auto parts, Hengguang auto parts, Xionglian hardware and other enterprises in Wenzhou also obtained the cooperation intention with German in the aspects of products, technology and capital operation.
Auto parts is an important industry in Zhejiang. There are more than 2000 large-scale auto parts enterprises in the whole province at present, and the industrial output value exceeded 160 billion yuan. At the same time, many leading enterprises in auto parts industry emerged, such as, Wanxiang, Wanan, Yinlun, Yatai and so on; and also formed the auto parts manufacturing community which took Hangzhou, Jinhua, Ningbo, Taizhou, Wenzhou as the core areas.
In the latest years, Zhejiang auto parts enterprises closely cooperated with the foreign high-end automotive industry, constantly mastered the advanced technology and market trends in the global automotive industry which is conducive to the self-transformation and upgrading.
In Cixi, auto parts enterprises took" specialized, precision, sophisticated" as the focus of transformation and upgrading. Currently, the bearings produced by local Cixi Group have been identified as the new automotive bearings by German BMW Company. While, Cixi Group has been identified as 2010 Excellent Supplier of Automotive Bearings last year by German Boshi Company, which is the world's largest auto parts manufacturer. Cixi Group is among the world's leading automotive bearing manufacturers ranks by product upgrading, changing the traditional production model, and independently researching & developing high-end automotive bearings.
On the other hand, Cixi city is putting more efforts to make further cooperation with the foreign investors, actively introducing a number of large projects on automotive bearings, such as, car engines, car tires, and car models, developing the automotive chassis, automotive body, and automotive electrical parts. In addition, the private enterprises associations in Cixi is positively guiding more cooperation among the auto parts enterprises, promoting the rapid development of the auto parts industry in Cixi. Consequently, to make the key enterprises in auto parts upgrade to the second-grade or even first-grade supplier as soon as possible, and form a complete range of auto parts industrial base and industrial chain.
