Quality Supervision Bureau in Guan County Investigated the Counterfeit Bearing Dust Cover Case

Recently, the law enforcement officers of Quality Supervision Bureau in Guan County have inspected one processing point according to the reports from the public. When the officers arrived, they found the processing point was producing bearing dust cover. Meanwhile, they found 20 semi-finished products marked “MADE IN USA 6305” in the workshop, but they did not find any finished products. It is said that the bearing dust cover with the above mark in this processing point did not have the commission processing contract. This processing point totally produced 5000 bearing dust covers with the above mark, and the total value is 2000 yuan. This behavior has violated the 32nd Article in the 《Product Quality Law of PRC》，the law enforcement officers has given this processing point administrative punishment according to the 53rd Article in the 《Product Quality Law of PRC》.
