IMTS 2010 was held in Chicago Exhibition Center on September 13-18, 2010, and the area of this exhibition is nearly 110,000 square meters. About 1100 manufacturers from all over the world took part in this exhibition, products which were exhibited almost covered all kinds of products in machine tool industry, such as, metal cutting machine tools, abrasive products & tools, EDM, work card system, CNC systems & software, machine tool components like spindle, bearing, screw, etc., measuring instruments & equipment and so on. Meanwhile there are more than 50 Chinese enterprises attended this exhibition.
It was the first time for Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd to take part in IMTS 2010, which has shown the technical strength of the company, and enhanced the corporate image, meanwhile some agents have also been inspired. More than 20 customers and the potential customers visited the booth of Luoyang Bearing Science & Technology Co., Ltd, they learned much about the company profile, product types, products quality etc. What's more, the exhibitors in SKF & NSK also inquiried the company's information, several customers skeptically asked whether ZYS could produce P4, P2 class machine tool spindle bearings, or high-frequency spindle? However, they expressed affirmation after they recieved the positive response and saw the product samples.
Though the demanding of electric spindle and spindle bearings is high in North American market, the OEM market is basically occupied by several well-known companies. The presence of ZYS in IMTS 2010 made a huge stir in North American customers. Due to the global economical crisis, North Americanan companies feel it is imperative to reduce purchase cost and numerous customers chose to buy parts from World factory China. High-end components made in China will be appreciated by these North American customers.
