The bearing steel price in this week was remain stable. Up to this weekend, the national average price of GCr15 continuous casting non-annealed steel of 50mm was 6,035 yuan/ton; the national average price of GCr15 die-casting annealed steel of 100mm was 7,635 yuan/ton, slightly increased compared with that of the last weekend. In East China, the mainstream strike price of GCr15 continuous casting non-annealed steel of the second tier plants was about 6,000 yuan/ton; the mainstream strike price of continuous casting annealed steel was about 6,600 yuan/ton. This week the market deal was quite well, the merchants still kept in the positive shipment and the downstream users also made the positive procurement. This week some steel plants increased their price, for example, Huai Steel increased by 100 yuan/ton, Xingcheng Steel increased by 200 yuan/ton. It is estimated that the price of bearing steel remain high in short time as for the few market resource at present.
On the aspect of furnace material, the overall resoure of the domestic iron powder market was soomth with the slight concussion in some regions, and the supply & demand sides kept the strong mood of wait & see. The deal of imported ore market in this week was light due to the influence of the tension of procurement funds for steel market and steel mills. The domestic pig iron market in this week was better than cast iron、ductile iron, and the price slightly rose, the shipment was common. The scrap market in some regions began to suspend their operation as for 2011 tax rebate policy adjustment effects, a small number of merchants closed their inventory, suspended procurement. The coke market in this week was quite stable, and the market deal was common, the price kept stable and slightly increased. The chromium alloy in this week showed the stable market price and the inquiry was increasing; the transaction of the imported chrome ore lump slightly rose in this week.
[East China Region] This week the bearing steel price in East China market slightly increased and the deal was well. Up to this weekend, the quotation in Hangzhou market was as follows: Daye Nonferrous GCr15Φ50-70 non-annealed steel was 6,000 yuan/ton; Xining Special Steel GCr15Φ30-75 heat treatment non-annealed steel was 5,950yuan/ton, out of stock; Shanghai No. 5 Steel Plant GCr15Φ26-70 heat treatment spheroidizing annealed steel was 7,300yuan/ton; Xingcheng Steel GCr15Φ50 non-annealed steel was 6,200 yuan/ton with a few of stock; Nanjing Steel Group GCr15Φ16-40 heat treatment non-annealed steel was between 5,950 yuan/ton and 6,000 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ30-95 heat treatment annealed steel was between 6,050 yuan/ton and 6,100 yuan/ton; Shougang Group GCr15Φ50 hot rolled non annealed steel was 6,000 yuan/ton with a few of stock. This week the bearing steel price in Wuxi market slightly increased; the market resource was insufficient and the deal was well; Up to this weekend, the quotation in Wuxi market was as follows: Xingcheng Steel GCr15Φ30-75 hot rolled non annealed steel was 6,200 yuan/ton, out of stock; Xingyegang Steel GCr15Φ30-50 continuous annealed steel was 6,500yuan/ton; Beiman Steel GCr15Φ40-75 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,600yuan/ton; Wuxi Huarun Steel GCr15Φ50-80 hot rolled non-annealed steel was between 5,950 yuan/ton with a few of stock and the Φ50-80 annealed steel was 6,500yuan/ton, out of stock; Nanjing Steel GCr15Φ50 hot rolled non-annealed steel was 6,000 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ40-75 hot rolled non-annealed steel was 6,100 yuan/ton.
[Central South China Region] This week the bearing steel price in Luoyang market significantly increased; the deal was quite well. Up to this weekend, the quotation in Luoyang market was as follows: Shougang Group GCr15Φ12-25 annealed steel was 6,350 yuan/ton and GCr15Φ24-50 non-annealed steel was 5,950yuan/ton; Xingyegang Steel GCr15Φ50-130 die-casting non-annealed steel was 7,450yuan/ton, out of stock; Changcheng Special Steel GCr15Φ45 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,500yuan/ton, out of stock; Shijiazhuang Steel GCr15Φ16-50 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,450yuan/ton; Xining Steel GCr15Φ25-70 continuous casting non-annealed steal was 5,950yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ30-50 die casting annealed steel was 7,550yuan/ton. This week the bearing steel price in Wuhan market was basically steady and the deal was common with a few market resource. Echeng Steel GCr15Φ14-30 non-annealed steel was 5,700yuan/ton; Shougang Group GCr15Φ30-50 heat treatment rolled steel was from 5,800yuan/ton; Xinyegang Steel GCr15Φ80-110 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 5,700yuan/ton and die casting annealed steel was 7,400yuan/ton; GCr15Φ42-75 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 5,700yuan/ton, continuous casting annealed steel was 6,500yuan/ton.
[North China Region]This week the bearing steel price in Shenyang market was basically stable and the deal was common. Up to this weekend, Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ25-60 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,000yuan/ton, GCr15Φ35-50 die casting annealed steel was 7,400yuan/ton, GCr15Φ100 die casting non-annealed steel was 6,600yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ25-40 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,550yuan/ton; Benxi Steel Φ70-130 continuous casting steel was 5,500 yuan/ton. This week the bearing steel price in Harbin market was basically stable and the deal was common. Benxi Steel GCr15Φ50-75 heat treatment annealed steel was 6,650yuan/ton, out of stock; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ50 annealed steel was 6,600 yuan/ton, out of stock; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ40-75 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,000yuan/ton and GCr15Φ100 die casting annealed steel was 7,500yuan/ton.
[Southwest China Region]This week the price of bearing steel in Chengdu market was basically stable and the steel resource was not sufficient, especially for Changcheng steel and Xining steel. Up to this weekend, Changcheng Steel GCr15Φ80-130 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,900 yuan/ton; Dongbei Special Steel GCr15Φ120-170 die casting annealed steel was 7,800 yuan/ton; Xining SteelΦ150-200 die casting annealed steel was 7,300 yuan/ton, out of stock; Xining Steel GCr15Φ30-75 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,500 yuan/ton with a few of stock. This week the bearing steel resource in Chongqing market was not sufficient, but the price was basically stable. Donghua Special Steel GCr15Φ20-30 heat treatment annealed steel was out of stock; Xining SteelΦ80-120 rolled annealing steel was 6,600yuan/ton, out of stock; part of Changcheng Steel GCr15Φ30-65 continuous casting non-annealed steel was 6,000 yuan/ton, part of GCr15Φ30-65 continuous casting annealed steel was 6,400 yuan/ton; Xining Steel Φ80-150 forged annealing steel was 7,350 yuan/ton with a few of stock.
