LYC has Passed AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System Certificate

LYC has successfully passed AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System Certificate made by AFNOR Bset CERT,Ltd. on December 31, 2010. Starting from 2010, LYC has launched the implementation & certification work of AS 9100 system, which aimed to further enhance the company's quality management system, improve products' quality level, meanwhile LYC has carried out the AS 9100 C-2009《Quality Management System---Requirments of Aviation, Aerospace and Defense Organizations》standard by combining the researching project of commercial aircraft, thus to meet the demand of customers in aerospace industry, and become commercial aircraft suppliers. Furthermore, LYC invited experts to make systematic training about AS 9100. The company also planned the implementation program, drew up & completed the AS 9100 quality handbook and 37 program files and issued them to the relevant units. In addition, LYC made supervision, inspection and internal audit to the relevant units which had used this system in September & November 2010. At the same time, the company organized the management review, carefully analyzed the reasons for those companies who had exsited problems, developed the practical corrective measures to rectify, and also verified the effectiveness of these measures so as to ensure the operation of Aerospace Quality Management System could meet the standard requirments. AFNOR Bset CERT,Ltd. has conducted the document review & field audit for LYC on December 27-31, 2010, the review involved in the following aspects: procurement process, design & development process, quality assurance & customer satisfaction, production & service processes, control of the unqualified products, etc. Finally, they all believed that LYC has passed the document review & field audit.
