Recently, Dalian Metallurgy & Bearing Co., Ltd has recieved the 《Forging Factory Accreditation Certificate》signed by Germanischer Lloyd (GL). It is said that GL Wind Power Certificate is the leading approval company in the global. And this issued certificate for Dalian Metallurgy & Bearing Co., Ltd is valid for three years (November 2, 2010-November 30, 2013). GL has arranged verification division to track the producing process of forging products for three times so as to verify the company's production capacity of forgings, meanwhile to seriously evaluate the purchasing of the raw material、chemical composition testing、raw material cropping、forging process、heat treatment process、non-destructive testing of the essence sampling (UT)、mechanical performance test, etc. Finally, each test result of the samples produced by Dalian Metallurgy & Bearing Co., Ltd has met the GL specification. GL verification division signed the report which could trace back to the raw material, producing process & finished products on the spot and submitted to GL Dalian branch, then sent to GL headquarters to review after evaluated by GL Dalian branch, and this report has passed the review after lasted more than four months in GL headquarters. And the approved range of processing for Dalian Metallurgy & Bearing Co., Ltd is ¢300mm-¢5000mm, the weight is about 10,000 kg. GL is an organization which is famous for its "Severity" in the international shipbuilding industry.
