Recently, Suining Nbbeco Feihong Auto-parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd has been honored as the "High-tech Enterprise" in Sichuan province. It is reported that Suining Nbbeco Feihong Auto-parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd is the Chinese holding company which was established in 2007 with the joint venture from Sichuan Zhongsheng Feihong Bearing Co., Ltd & Spain Nbbeco、Taiwan Nbbeco, which is the world fifth largest manufacturing enterprise of bearings. And Suining Nbbeco Feihong Auto-parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd is the Asian first & world third largest production-oriented enterprise which is specialised in developing、producing & selling precision bearings, bushings, thrust washers and bearing materials used for various types of internal combustion engines, meanwhile the company has been listed as the key construction project in Suining, Sichuan province.
Suining Nbbeco Feihong Auto-parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd was totally invest 0.81 billion yuan with the area of more than 200 mu. Now the company have completed 13 automatic bearing production lines、 25 hand-auto bearing production lines、one automatic ternary (quaternary) cooper & lead bearing plating line、two automatic tin plating lines、one semi-automatic ternary (quaternary) cooper & lead bearing plating line、one automatic bush production line、one automatic thrust sheet production line、one automatic bearing material production line. It is estimated that the annual production capacity of bearings in Nbbeco could reach 0.2 billion sets, and the annual sales revenue could achieve one billion yuan with 0.2 billion yuan's profit & tax, meanwhile also could solve about 500 jobs after the project has been completed and put into production. Besides, the products with the brand of "FH" "NB" "NBF" "TDC" in Suining Nbbeco Feihong Auto-parts (Sichuan) Co., Ltd enjoyed higher reputation and market share both from home & abroad.
In the latest days, this joint company has been awarded "High-tech Enterprise" by Sichuan province after two years' development. At the same time, the company has become a auto-parts company with the full set of group framework from the original simple manufacturing enterprise, and also gradually established the industrial structure with three departments (Integrated Management Department of the Headquarters、Human Resources Department、Financial Audit Department), one center (Technical Researching、Developing & Innovation Center and Products Researching & Developing Center), two companies (Material Deployment Company and Sales Company), four bases (North Base、East Base、 Southwest Base、South Base). Additionally, the joint company plans to be listed in three years, then it will become the only company could compete with those international companies among the same industry in China.
