The Quality Supervision Bureau of Guan County Seized a Case for Producing Bearing Shield by Falsely Using Other's Factory Name

Recently, one processing point in Guan county for manufacturing bearing shield has been reported to falsely use other's factory name. The Quality Supervision Bureau of Guan county immediately organized the relevant law enforcement officers to check this processing point after recieved the reports from the public, and they found workers in this processing point were busy producing some brands of bearing shield, but they did not find any finished-products. At the same time, on the spot of this processing point, the workers could not show out any commissioned processing procedures. Such behaviour has viloated the thirteenth regulations in 《Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China》. Consequently, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Guan county has ordered this processing point to stop producing this kind of bearing shield, meanwhile gave them certain administrative punishment according to the related laws.
