LYC has Passed the Railway Ministry Certification for Overhauling Heavy-load Freight Bearings

After the comprehensive review & testing of the technical material、processing equipment、quality management system of the heavy-load freight bearings from LYC made by Railway Ministry Transport Bureau Equipment Department on January 15, the expert group believed that LYC has qualified for overhauling heavy-load freight bearings, meanwhile they agreed that LYC has passed the production quality certification, which has taken the first chance for LYC to compete among the domestic heavy-load bearing overhaul market.
As for the specificity of the railway transportation, the Railway Ministry has implemented the market access system on all parts supplying for trains in order to ensure the safety driving. And only through the strict production quality certification by the Railway Ministry, could the parts supplying for the railway users. At the same time, LYC invested several millions yuan to purchase a series of advanced equipment, meanwhile established heavy-load bearing overhaul gringding line & phosphating line in 2009 so as to seek greater development. Besides, LYC immediately engaged in the products' trial repair in accordance with the document issued by Railway Ministry, each of the technical quality parameter for the first batch of products met the specified requirments formulated by the Railway Ministry after tested, and also passed the bench trial. During the process of trial repair, LYC drew up the relevant technical & management documents according to the related file & products design from the Railway Ministry, in addition, LYC made some improvment for the heavy-load bearing process & quality control, and designed & produced the corresponding mold、measuring tools, meanwhile made systematic training for the operating personnel.
The adequate preparatory work made by LYC has won the recognition of audit experts, they believed that the technical document & standard material from LYC which has complied with the specific requirments of the Railway Ministry was perfect, and its implementation was effective; the layout of the production line was reasonable, the processing & testing equipment could meet the overhaul requirments; the products randomly selected met the technical requirments after tested, thus the experts agreed that LYC has qualified for overhaul capacity, and passed the production quality certification made by the Railway Ministry.
