Changshan Hexun Bearing Co., Ltd mainly produce deep groove ball bearing、self aligning roller bearing & UC spherical bearing, which has adopted engine lathe for all its production lines before 2010, meanwhile those products with low accuracy could only supplying for the primary processing, and the profits were quite slim. The relevant responsible person in the company expressed that though the monthly production capacity could reach about 0.5 million sets, it could not meet all the customers' needs, and next step, the company would further expand its procuction scale. What's more, Changshan Hexun Bearing Co., Ltd has put more emphasis on improving products' quality. The company has invested nearly 1.5 million yuan for the equipment updating, which has significantly enhanced the company's production capacity, thus to make the annual output value achieve 15 million yuan (which was double of that in 2009). The staff were busy with the orders at the workshop, one of the responsible person told us that their orders were fully loaded until March, 2011. "According to our scheme, the company plans to purchase a number of advanced high-precision equipment in 2011......and the annual output value expect to exceed 20 million yuan then. " said Zhan Changhe, the general manager of Changshan Hexun Bearing Co., Ltd. In May 2010, the company invested 1.5 million yuan for purchasing some CNC equipment. And the application of the advanced equipment has greatly improved products' accuracy and qualified rate, in the meanwhile, the price for the same type of bearing products has increased by 20% compared with the original price. "With these new equipment, the output value of Changshan Hexun Bearing Co., Ltd has set a new history-breaking record for exceeding 15 million yuan." Zhan Changhe added.
