(March 30, 2011) Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces the following organizational changes and personnel changes: 1. Organizational Changes The Circuit Components Business Unit (BU) of the Electronic Device & Component Business Headquarters, the HMSM BU of the Rotary Component Business Headquarters and part of the EMS Dept. of the Engineering Support Division will be integrated to the newly established the EMS BU at the Electronic Device & Component Business Headquarters. The new EMS BU will manufacture and market such medical equipment as syringe pumps and other high-value added EMS (Electro Mechanics Solutions) products—in addition to existing "Cool Leaf" products (next-generation input devices), color wheels, HMSM (Heat Management System Module) products and circuit products. (Effective April 1, 2011) 2. Personnel Change
