Axle-box bearings supplying for Changchun light rail vehicles has begun to provide for users, the batch production of 3MW wind turbine spindle bearings has also started, high-end bearings developed for hot & cold milling machies in iron & steel industry has substituted for the imported ones, high-speed railway bearings, bearings development for high-speed heavy-duty rail vehicles has made new breakthroughs......ZWZ has adhered to the independent innovation as its guide, constantly adjusted & optimized the products structure, thus a number of internationally competitive high-end bearings quickly to seize the market. In the first quarter of this year, the production capacity in ZWZ increased by 43% compared with the same period of last year, meanwhile totally developed 230 new products, which has achieved a good start in the first quarter.
Focused on the development of a number of internationally competitive high-end bearings, ZWZ has fully implemented the "commanding height strategy": the wind turbine bearing development project has completed the researching & manufacturing of 3MW wind turbine spindle berings and now the batch production has begun, meanwhile the 5MW wind turbine beaing has also been developed, shield bearing development project has completed the researching & manufacturing of shield testing bearings, railway traffic bearing development project has completed the researching & manufacturing of high-speed bearing samples, the trial production of precision machine tool bearing development project has completed the multi-row matched bearings and also successfully loaded, bearings supplying for iron & steel industry has successfully developed backing combined bearings, spherical bearings with fan-shaped axial displacement and aligning function, besides, the localization project for Baosteel mill bearings has fully carried out, large construction machinery bearing development project also finished many other items which has meet the supplying demand for large construction machinery.
