Zhejiang SF Oilless Bearing Co., Ltd. Made Great Effort in Technological Transformation

In recent years, the enterprises in Ganyao county focus on making great effort in technological transformation to enhance the two leading characteristic industry of power electronics and precision machinery (bearing) with the guidance of Ganyao county officials of Zhejiang province. As the introduction of Mr. Zhou Linhua, the deputy mayor of Ganyao county, Ganyao county focused on guiding enterprise to invest a lot on technological transformation. There were seven enterprises make an investment of RMB 78 millon in total on technological transformation in the first quarter of 2011. A new equipment was seen in Zhejiang SF Oilless Bearing Co., Ltd. which was introduced after the technological transformation last year with the total price of RMB 12 millon. It was mainly used for producing automobile shock absorber oilless bearing.The annual production value increased from orginal RMB 7 millon to 20 million, meanwhile the productivity achieved 200%. Zhou Yinchun, the president of the company, said that the goal for this year is to increase 30％ over last year.The output of the company in 2010 was RMB 366 million with a profit of RMB 38 million. It is predicted that this year will reach RMB 520 million, with a profit of RMB 50 million. In addition, Mr Zhou Yinchun added that the company would apply for the listed enterprise. In order to achieve the goal, the company must further enhance technological transformation, thus the company would gain more profit by technological innovation while expanding productivity. Besides Zhejiang SF Oilless Bearing Co., Ltd also was planning a technological transformation project which was expected to reach the annual output of 90 million yuan.
