Export Volume and Price of Bearing in Ningbo Significantly Increased

According to statistics from Ningbo Customs, bearing export in Ningbo reached 630 million sets from January to April of this year with the value at 220 million USD, grew by 23.9% and 42.8% respectively compared with the same period of last year. The average price was 0.35 USD per set, increased by 20.7%, and the general trade exports accounted for an absolute proportion. The export in processing trade way was 2.213 million sets (increased by 3.7 times), besides, the export of inbound & outbound goods in bonded warehouse was 0.177 million sets (increased by 294 times), the export of storage of transit goods in bonded warehouses was 73,000 sets (zero in last year), 15 sets of export in other trading ways (zero in last year), and others to be exported in general trading way, which increased by 23.6%, accounting for 99.6% among the total export over the same period of last year.
On the other hand, bearing export in Ningbo private enterprises achieved 260 million sets from January to April, rose by 37.4%, 170 million sets in state-owned enterprises with the increase of 34.9%, 150 million sets in foreign invested enterprises, dropped by 3.5%. And in general, accounting for 92.1% among the export amount in the same period of last year.
EU, India, ASEAN and the United States as the main export market, Ningbo exported 150 million sets of bearings to EU, 110 million sets to India, 55.28 million sets to ASEAN and 53.80 million sets to the United States, increased by 37.9%, 26.9%, 32.6% and 36.6% respectively, which totally accounted for 58.6% among the export volume over the same period of last year.
By the way, the oriented export variety was deep groove ball bearing, and the total export of such kind of bearing in Ningbo was 570 million sets from January to April, increased by 22.3%, which accounted for 90.5% of the total export in the same period.
