Recently, Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing Co., Ltd 450 T turret slewing bearing has been successfully accepted by the test team composed by experts from the domestic well-known enterprise. This kind of bearing is currently the domestic largest ladle turret slewing bearing, which was independently developed, designed and produced by Luoyang Heavy-duty Bearing Co., Ltd. With its model of LTZ-GB1001, and structure is three row cylindrical roller slewing bearing without gear wheel (OD:Φ5333mm), it is mainly adopted for the key engineering project in the company. After carefully listened to the introduction about product feature, equipment capacity, technical strength, progress control, the experts made physical examination to slewing bearing in the assembly workshop in accordance with the technical agreement and inspection requirements. In the meanwhile, the experts also retested the key size and data. All of these are in line with the outline of the acceptance test criteria, finally experts expressed their full recognition and satisfaction for this acceptance.
