The construction of the Finished Bearings Industrial Park is a key project for Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group, and also the number one aim for Bearing Division in Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group. At present, each work for the construction has been done in orderly ways. Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group made thorough plan and arragement for this construction project, which was a good start for the project.
As early as last May, Bearing Division from Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group has made discuss on designing matters of the new plant with China Machinery TDI International Engineering Co., Ltd, meanwhile especially established the team under the leadership of Wang Shaozhong, the executive vice president of Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group. President Wang made arrangements & implementations for the task according to the plans, at the same time, he also made detailed planning for the smooth relocation by the end of 2011.
Zhejiang Continents Xinchun Group proposed various requirments on facilities during the planning process, such as, the new plant requires the perfect designing, supplying equipment requires rigorous process to ensure products' quality. Furthermore, Bearing Division classified the exsiting equipment for the successful relocation, for example, good equipment directly moved into the new plant, relatively old equipment should be moved into the new plant after the integration, however, equipment with backward capacity must be directly eliminated.
In the industrial park, engineering staff overcame a lot of difficulties, try their best to ensure the quality. Now the new plant which covers an area of 30,000 square meters is under construction, the main frame has already stood up, in the meanwhile, the assembly workshop has completed 70%, affiliate housing and the second floor of the dining room has basically completed, office buliding is also under the construction.
It is revealed that if all goes well, the new plant will be fully completed by the end of this August. Then the new Continents Xinchun Finished Industrial Park will stand up in the provincial hi-tech park.
