With the maximum speed of 750r/min, the maximum loading capacity of 2,000 tons, the maximum outer diameter of 2,800 mm, this high-speed thrust bearing test rig completed by 300 days, meanwhile its drag motor power is 4,500 kw. The drag system is composed by AC motors and high-voltage inverter, adopted the full-digital flexible control system, which was the world most advanced hydro-generator thrust bearing test rig with the largest speed. At the same time, the drag system could also make 6,000 tons giant hydro-generator thrust bearing model test and full size two-way thrust bearing simulation test of pump storage group, thus to meet the research demand of pump storage group two-way high-speed thrust bearing which will be developed with large-scale soon.
